I specialize in splatterpunk and extreme horror for indie authors. As of March of 2026, I am expanding my services to include horror erotica, dark romance, thriller, and fantasy.

I love working with new authors! In fact, this excites me the most!

Turnaround depends on the length of your manuscript and services requested. I prefer to have 4 to 8 weeks at minimum. This length of time ensures I have proper time to analyze and edit.

I offer copy editing, line editing, and proofreading. I'm open for developmental editing depending on calendar availability.

What are your rates?

Example: 0-50,000 words = $100 USD

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I do require a deposit to book, and I offer payment plans weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. All payment is due at the time of the final edited manuscript.

Proofreading only: .007 USD per word.

Do you offer expedited services?

Yes! For manuscripts up to 50,000 words, please add an expedited fee of $100 USD for editing (in addition to my normal fees) to be completed within two weeks. For 50,000 words and up, I charge an additional $25 USD per 10K words.

Why hire an editor?

An editor is trained to notice not only grammatical and punctuation errors, but to also help you with your sentence structure for clarity and flow. We are your cheerleaders in the background, helping you master your voice for your targeted audience. An editor spends many, many hours on your manuscript analyzing it and checking for any potential issues. Our job is to take your words to the next level with our expertise. The relationship and bond with your editor should be one of shared passion, trust, and encouragement.

What is your stance on AI?

I do not support the use of AI for writing, illustrations, or editing. I do not use AI to edit.

What credentials do you have?

I have my Certificate in Editing from Poynter/ACES.

I typically charge .009 USD per word. This includes line/copy editing and a final proofread.
